Legal Opinion For An Appeal
I’ve had success at all levels of Court as I like to minimize risk and go to Court only when necessary. If you go to Court for no reason when the problem could have been solved between you and your former partner, you could have to pay costs. The penalty of having to pay costs should be something you are mindful of at all times.
I’ve had multiple successes at the Ontario Court of Appeal. An Appeal is a review of the lower court’s Judgement on a decision at trial or on a motion. There are multiple steps that are required in order to launch an appeal, and perfect it.
